Dense Phase Conveyor System
FÖRDER_DYNAMIC Schüttgutanlagentechnik GmbH is a separate division of B&K, specializing in pneumatic dense phase conveying for a wide variety of products.
Dense phase conveying is a pneumatic conveying principle for gentle, low-wear conveying of large quantities of raw materials.
Transmitter Conveyor:
Filling of the transmitter is initiated by opening the filling and venting flap.
The transmitter fills quickly because the displacement air can escape unhindered through the separate vent opening. Once the fill level is reached (level switch), both flaps close again, with the precise closure position monitored by limit switches. The sender is pressurized with compressed air, and the material is forced into the conveyor at the highest possible density, thus achieving a highly economical conveying process. After conveying is complete, the air pressure drops and the supply air is automatically shut off. The sender is now ready for the next conveying cycle.
To achieve higher capacities, conveying can also be carried out via a high-pressure rotary valve.
Test Center
To test product destruction or conveying performance of your products, B&K has its own in-house test facility with a conveying length of approximately 110 m. This can be tested both as a sender conveyor and as a rotary valve conveyor.

Transmitter Design
Each standard transmitter can be designed accordingly or customized to meet even the most challenging conveying requirements. The transfer containers are also available in various materials and oversizes upon request.

Liquid Storage & Treatment
A wide variety of liquids not only need to be stored, e.g., for feeding into a ring pipeline, but also need to be treated (heated, mixed, etc.). We offer various systems for these treatment steps, including IBC container heating cabinets, heating tanks, and mixing systems.
Heating Cabinets:
For heating liquids in IBC containers, B&K offers various heating cabinet designs. Here, the liquids are automatically pumped from the IBC container into a heating tank below, where they are heated and made available at the desired time according to the process parameters.
Technical Specifications:

• Components: 1-2 components in IBC containers
• Temperature: Heating cabinet up to 50°C / heating tank up to 150°C

Heating tank:
When receiving, for example, from a tank truck, liquids can be pumped into liquid tanks or heating tanks.

B&K offers you complete mixing and processing systems including control systems from a single source.
Liquid scales
Liquid scales can be used in almost all industrial sectors.
These are filled gravimetrically or via pumps with special dosing ball valves.
It is often important to heat the raw materials/oils to achieve the desired viscosity.
When weighing liquids, a distinction is made between conventional weighing and backweighing.
With conventional weighing, the liquid is metered into the liquid scale until the target value is reached. Afterward, the liquid must be emptied. The disadvantage of this is carryover and the fact that the entire quantity is not fed into the process. The alternative is backweighing, in which a certain amount is always in the weighing container and the drainage system is not vented. This allows the desired target value to be drawn from the weighing container and fed to the mixer, for example. This has the advantage of eliminating carryover.

For a freely selectable number of components. The product is fed to the scale either freely flowing or via a pump.
Fully automatic scale control system
With this system, your maintenance personnel no longer have to calibrate the weighing systems, as the scale system tests itself at an adjustable interval.
Cylinder Dosing Systems
Cylinder Dosing and Injection System
The product is drawn in metered quantities from a storage tank or a ring line via a cylinder with an integrated position measuring system and injected at a pressure of up to 100 bar, depending on the design. This is also possible with gravimetric control.

Example: BK60/1/1-R, 60 kg liquid scale as a checkweigher with 60 dm³ capacity
Cylinder for dosing and injection. The product is stored and heated in a B&K heating cabinet for IBC containers with integrated storage tanks.
With B&K filling systems, you can fill containers of all shapes and sizes. We offer a wide range of standard filling machines, but we can also offer a solution tailored to your needs.
With gross or net filling machines, the following containers can be filled, among others, depending on capacity or space requirements:

Bag Filling Systems
We supply the necessary filling system for various bag shapes. We offer individual filling systems as well as complete systems including bag production, etc.

1500 kg gross scale for granules with floor scale, automatic hook release, and sealing system for the BIG BAG inlet.

1500 kg net scale for granules suspended in the scale frame, automatic hook release, as well as an operator platform and control system.
• Complete system
Automatic BIG BAG transport with pallet magazine, as well as filling and closing positions for the BIG BAGs. Filling of 20 BIG BAGs/h at 1500 kg, including control and visualization
Drum Filling Systems
We supply the required filling system for different drum types. We offer both individual filling systems and complete systems including drum conveying.

Combination systems
If you require a filling system for several different container types, we would be happy to design a customized system for you.
For example, it is possible to combine bag filling with drum, BIG BAG, octabin, or pallet cage filling. This can be a combination of two, three, or even more different container types.

Example:

• Each can be converted in 2-3 minutes.
• Performance:
