Conveying and dosing systems

 1. Mechanical conveying and dosing systems

Different raw materials require different conveying and dosing methods. We offer a wide range of conveying and dosing systems to ensure maximum flexibility.

We always design the required conveying and dosing systems specifically for your raw material. This way, you can be sure that conveying and dosing is guaranteed, even under the most diverse influences, such as seasonal changes (warm/cold).

2. Pneumatic conveying and dosing systems

A suction or pressure conveying system is often the better/more cost-effective solution for conveying or dosing products from A to B. These systems can also be used as dosing systems. Here, comparable accuracy values can be achieved as with a conventional dosing system.

Technical data:

Ausführung Suction conveying or pressure conveying
material Stainless steel, normal steel, PE or RUBBER
Performance 10kg/h to 20t/h
Conveyor path 1m to 300m, depending on the product

Suction scales

With a suction scale, products can be conveyed and metered simultaneously.

This is a space-saving and flexible solution for feeding raw materials, for example, into a mixing process.

3. Dense phase conveying

FÖRDER_DYNAMIC Schüttgutanlagentechnik GmbH is a separate division of B&K, which specializes in pneumatic dense-phase conveying for a wide variety of products. Dense-phase conveying is a pneumatic conveying principle used to transport large quantities of raw materials from point A to point B while handling them as gently as possible.

Conveyor Conveying:

Filling of the conveyor is initiated by opening the filling and venting flap. The conveyor fills quickly, as the displacement air can escape unhindered through the separate venting opening. Once the filling level is reached (level switch), both flaps close again, with limit switches monitoring the precise closing position. The conveyor is pressurized with compressed air, and the material is forced into the conveyor at the highest possible density, thus achieving a highly economical conveying process. After conveying is complete, the air pressure drops, and the supply air is automatically shut off. The conveyor is now ready for the next conveying cycle.

To achieve higher capacities, conveying can also be carried out via a high-pressure rotary valve.

Testing Center

To test product destruction or conveying performance of your products, B&K has its own in-house test facility with a conveying length of approximately 110m. This can be tested both as a conveyor system and as a rotary valve system.

Contact our team to arrange a possible product trial at our facility.

Sender Design

Each standard sender can be designed or customized to meet even the most challenging conveying requirements. The sender containers are also available in various materials and oversized sizes upon request.
