BIG-BAG FILLING SYTEMS

There all kinds of big bags and systems to fill them.
We offer single filling systems, as well as complete systems including big bag transport.

Filling big bags

Technical specifications:
Material:  normal steel, stainless steel or aluminium
Capacity:  10 - 20 BIG-BAGs / hr.
BIG-BAG weights:
  1000 - 2500 kg
BIG-BAGs:  with and without inlet

Gross Filling with Floor Scale



Example:
1500kg gross scale for granules with floor scale, automatic hook triggering and welding shut of big bag inlet.
Net Filling with Scale Frame



Example:
1500kg net scale for granules, suspended in a scale frame, automatic hook release, as well as operating platform and control.
Complete system



Example:
Automatic BIG-BAG transport with pallet magazine, as well as filling and sealing unit for big bags. Filling of 20 BIG BAGs / hr. at 1500kg each, including control and visualisation.
